Definitely. We can't stand services that make cancellation a hassle. You can easily cancel with a single click from the billing page in your dashboard.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds due to the high costs associated with creating AI videos and generating AI photos. Our upstream providers charge us for the GPU processing time used, and they do not allow refunds, which would result in a loss for us. When you sign up, you agree to forgo refunds for this reason. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will not renew.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Simply visit the billing tab and choose the plan you want to switch to. If you downgrade to a plan with fewer series than you currently have, any extra series will be automatically disabled.
